We are looking for a medical receptionist to join a Family Practice in the Central Coast.

About us

The Surgery Kincumber is a long standing family medical practice in the Central Coast. The surgery is comprised of 3 General Practitioners and one medical registrar with an experienced nursing team. The Surgery Kincumber provides high quality medical services to over 2,000 patients. You will be joining a supportive four team administration team.

The Role

We looking for a Medical Receptionist in an ongoing casual position hours per week).

You must be available to work a variety of shifts Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am - 5:30pm.

Join a family-owned medical practice with a very supportive team environment.

The duties and responsibilities

  • To always deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Processing patients' billings/receipts.
- to maintaining the cleanliness of the practice.

  • Opening and closing the Medical Centre
  • Fostering professional working relationships with team members, patients and medical staff
  • Maintaining compliance with organisational policies and procedures
  • Previous team leadership experience within a customer service role
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Best Practice advantageous
  • Excellent timemanagement skills and the ability to multitask
  • Detail orientated
