Join Our Team as a Group Fitness Instructor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Fitness Instructor to join our team at Central Coast Council. As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness programs to our community, promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver group fitness classes to a variety of age groups and fitness levels
  • Develop and implement new fitness programs to meet the needs of our community
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all participants
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our fitness goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Registered Fitness Professional - Group Exercise Leader or equivalent
  • Current Provide First Aid qualification (HLTAID003 / HLTAID011)
  • Current Provide Resuscitation Certificate (CPR) (HLTAID001 / HLTAID009)
  • Working with Children Check Clearance Number or Application Number
  • Demonstrated experience delivering group fitness classes or programs
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and contribute to achieving organisational goals
