Child Care Caterer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Child Care Caterer to join our team at Central Coast Council. As a key member of our childcare services, you will be responsible for providing high-quality food and nutrition services to children in our care.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks that meet the dietary needs and preferences of children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.
- Develop and implement menus that are aligned with the NSW Health Department's nutritional guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to statutory regulations and health standards.
- Work collaboratively with our childcare educators to ensure seamless service delivery.
- TAFE Certificate of Attainment in Food Hygiene or equivalent.
- Safe Food Handling Certificate and current Working with Children Check Clearance.
- Proven experience in a similar role, catering for large groups.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and flexibility to meet the changing needs of our childcare services.
