Our Federal Government Client is currently seeking a skilled Data Project Officer to join their team.

This is a long-term contract position with an initial contract duration until 30 June 2024.

The role is available at multiple State Offices:
QLD, NSW, VIC, TAS, SA, and ACT. Flexible working arrangements are available. This includes a combination of in-office and remote work. A significant aspect of the role involves engaging with stakeholders within this framework.

  • Drafting a data governance framework with a focus on data quality, security, privacy, confidentiality, roles and responsibilities, guiding principles, and consultation protocols.
  • Developing an aged care national minimum data set (NMDS) change log, including current reporting arrangements and audit activities.
  • Documenting aged care data assets and information flows, identifying assets, sharing arrangements, and data flows.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Demonstrated capability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment with mínimal supervision.
  • Knowledge in aged care and/or healthcare, change management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
  • While not mandatory, a Baseline security clearance is desired for this role.
