Responsibilities:

  • Handling as first point of contact for customers
  • Answering inbound calls from customers
  • Providing exceptional customer service by managing inbound calls
  • Transferring calls to relevant departments
  • Logging calls to ticketing system
  • Maintaining and monitoring tickets
  • Managing web enquiry forms from customers
  • Allocating and responding to the enquiries via web forms from customers
  • Assisting any adhoc duties requested by your manager if required

Requirements:

  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Minimum 6 months' experience in a call centre role
  • The ability to effectively communicate with a variety of customers
  • Exceptional customer service and attention to detail
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills
  • Able to work in the office (WFH is not available)
  • Available 5 days a week from Monday to Friday
  • Ideally travelling to the office by your own vehicle

  • Fulltime temp contract via HOBAN Recruitment, potential from short term to extension/ongoing
