The Opportunity:
A renowned Australian brand is looking for a mid-level Scrum Master to join their team on an initial 6 month contract with scope for extension.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of Technology, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions.
- Key Responsibilities:_ Lead agile development across digital and ecommerce initiatives.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Define and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ensure successful delivery of digital solutions, removing impediments or blockers.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile best practices.
- Provide guidance and coaching on agile principles and practices.
- Monitor and report project progress, risks, and dependencies.
About You
In order to be a successful applicant you will have demonstrated experience working as a Scrum Master, with experience working across digital projects.
- Proven Scrum Master or Agile Coach experience in a digital environment.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum or Kanban).
- Excellent leadership, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience in managing multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
- Background in Retail or ecommerce platforms is highly regarded.
