About the role

The NFR Divisional Adoption Manager is critical to making this happen and will:


• Prepare quality and insightful content for the Project Working Group, Steering Committee and other relevant forums

• Work with business units and governance leads in the progression of adoption steps per the I.AM Amplified adoption, release and delivery plan

• Respond to and coordinating responses and inputs to Program as required/requested on behalf of Australia Retail and Australia Commercial

• Attend key Program meetings and updates and from these determine and implement required tactical actions/next steps arising

• Understand existing divisional compliance & operational risk processes and work practices to assess and manage the impact of the change

• Help develop communication strategy and training approach to ensure program outputs and materials are fit-for-purpose, timely, meet business and regulator needs and are compatible with the Program's strategy

• Support development of effective and timely divisional I.AM Amplified communications

• Proven demonstrated relevant professional experience in risk, assurance, controls and compliance

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in developing useful and insightful risk reporting

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
