Job Summary


As Village Administrator for our Isabella Gardens location, you will engage with residents and perform/coordinate a broad range of resident services.

The role encompasses general admin and also the delivery of high-quality food and catering services to residents in accordance with regulatory and Lendlease standards.

Working within the guidelines of the Policies and Procedures of the Village; being committed to Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement, and the Accreditation process; and maintaining a high standard of work.

Providing reports to management, as directed, to contribute to a high standard of resident services for residents and visitors and to contribute to high levels of resident satisfaction and the safety and security of the village.


  • Typically carrying out more complex resident services in accordance with relevant statutory standards to ensure resident satisfaction and the safety and security of premises, staff, and visitors.
  • May be involved in the delivery of highquality food and catering services at the village and contribute to overall decisionmaking in the kitchen.
  • May conduct regular reviews of resident services to assist in the identification of service needs, preparing reports for operations management as directed to support informed decisionmaking and contribute to continual quality improvement.
  • May coordinate and oversee activities associated with monitoring performance against established budgets, driving quality, and providing management with regular reports to support efficient resident services and maintain acceptable standards of the village in line with village, company and regulatory standards.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and actively contributing to creating a sense of place in the village

Attributes

  • Relevant vocational/trade/certification and/or qualification in a related discipline, with comprehensive experience in community services, hospitality, horticulture or building maintenance role, and/or knowledge of the property management and retirement industry, and relevant legislation relating to retirement operating environments (including Occupational Health and Safety regulations).
  • A level of independent judgment is required.
