**The Opportunity**

As a Property Administrator/Assistant in our Browns Plains Office you will assist a small, dedicated property management team with all aspects of property management, including:

- Responding to client queries in a friendly and helpful manner, including directing enquiries to relevant staff as necessary
- Preparing and generating correspondence including inflow and outflows, mail collection & distribution
- Providing administrative assistance to the Property Management team and ensuring contract obligations are met for effective service delivery
- Performing accounts function for the office including daily receipting, mid and end of month preparation, invoice management (filing), trial balances and adjustments, petty cash management, including trust accounting.

You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to the industry, and be supported to gain qualifications and progress in the Property Management field.

Part time (2-3 days per week) may be available for the right person.

- An interest in social and community housing
- Previous experience in real estate is highly regarded
- Current driver's license
- Familiarity with Console Cloud is advantageous
- Excellent communicator
- Comfortable interacting with clients and stakeholders from a range of backgrounds
- Strong time management and prioritisation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-25 per week

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
