About the Role:
PERSOLKELLY is seeking a motivated and adaptable Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our esteemed Government Team within the Temporary Division in Melbourne, Victoria. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and value quality relationships, supported by ongoing training and a supportive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the government sector, leveraging your network and industry knowledge.
  • Candidate Management: Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for temporary placements, ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team targets and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
  • Communication Excellence: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in crafting job ads, candidate summaries, and engaging with stakeholders.
