Reporting to the Founder/CEO and working closely with a collaborative and dynamic consulting and support team, you will be involved in all aspects of recruitment from initial briefing through to confirmation of successful placements, plus ongoing client and candidate support. This opportunity is now available as one of our Senior Recruitment Consultants is going on maternity leave, however, with our strategic growth plans, this position will be an ongoing appointment.
As a customer-focused relationship manager, you will build rapport with clients and candidates, plus industry insights, knowledge, networks, and credibility within the NFP sector. You will lead recruitment projects from initial briefing to confirming the successful candidate. Gembridge clients all make an incredible social and/or environmental impact, and the diverse roles you may lead include CEO, Senior Leadership and General Management, plus roles spanning Corporate Services, Government Relations, Research and Policy, Social Enterprise, Strategy and Innovation, Marketing & Communications, Fundraising, People & Culture, CSR, Sustainability and Operations.
Gembridge has long-standing relationships and repeat business, and continually builds a pipeline of new opportunities via referrals, industry networks, plus active involvement with industry partners.
About YOU:
- Solid track record in recruitment (either internal or agency) OR industry experience within the NFP sector
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
- Sound communication skills and ability to build credibility and rapport with people at all levels
- Growth mindset and sound judgment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, listening, negotiating and influencing skills
- Strong commitment to customer service, continuous improvement and adding value,
- IT Savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM databases (ideally JobAdder), Outlook, and LinkedIn (plus LinkedIn Recruiter) and ability to professionally present in person and online via ZOOM and TEAMS.
