They are a small, hands-on team eager to welcome an enthusiastic individual who will play a pivotal role in our growth.

The New Role:

As a full-time Social Media and Digital Content Specialist, reporting to the Brand Manager, you will support the marketing team in creating and executing marketing strategies and campaigns that drive sales, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:Plan, create, curate, and schedule email marketing campaigns to expand our email database.Develop and schedule content for all organic social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn.Gain a thorough understanding of our products.Manage community interactions on all channels, working alongside the customer service team to respond to messages, queries, and comments.Craft compelling and engaging captions and content that align with our brand.Plan, coordinate, and execute brand-aligned content and user-generated content.Manage influencer and brand ambassador initiatives to build and maintain relationships and increase brand awareness.Coordinate photo and video shoots as needed.Monitor and assess performance across organic channels and recommend improvements to optimize future strategies.

Your Skils & Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.Proficiency in Illustrator.Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail and the ability to follow directions, brand guidelines, and aesthetics.Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and set priorities.Creative with a natural flair for eye-catching design and clever copywriting.Passionate about marketing with a keen interest in social media, content, and marketing trends.Data-driven, using analytics to guide the creation process.Autonomous and accountable, with a high attention to detail ensuring the highest quality content.Experience in aromatherapy/beauty is highly regarded.
