Position Purpose:
Responsible for ensuring effective and efficient administrative support to the

General Manager and the site leadership team. Role successfully manages
rostering to ensure care needs of our residents are met in line with Mayflower's
vision, values, and operational requirements.

Qualifications Mandatory

checks and licences:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Full COVID vaccination
  • Business or administration qualification.
  • Experience in the provision of administrative support including proficient
- data entry, filing and customer service.
  • Rostering experience preferably within the health care sector
  • Knowledge and experience of petty cash reconciliation and general

- accounts support
  • Knowledge, skills, and proficiency in the use of computer programs
Microsoft Office and rostering tools.

Position Description -_Rostering Administration Officer_**
Key Accountabilities
Quality Service - Proactively contribute to the continuous improvement.

  • Respond to queries and action request in a timely manner.
  • Provide personcentred service to residents.
Reporting and - Log any maintenance concerns or request in a timely and accurate manner.
Documentation - Undertake regular reporting as required.
Communication - Preparing and coordinating internal and external correspondence.

  • Preparing and producing documentation required for meetings.
  • Maintaining staff noticeboards.
  • Minute Secretary, as required.
  • Accurately document all information relevant to rostering.
  • Liaise professionally and effectively with relevant stakeholders._ _
Leadership - Deliver effective customer service for team members including but not
limited to;

  • Completing rosters within required timeframes and achieving
compliance requirements;

  • Efficiently replacing vacant shifts;
  • Assisting with the maintenance of the Leave Calendar;
  • Assisting team members with roster and payroll related queries in a
timely manner;

  • Organising training sessions and meetings, as directed.
  • Management of reception.
  • Facilitate a team environment and inclusive culture.
Participate in problem solving as required.

Support the compliance of mandatory care minutes provisions

meet OHS obligations.
