About the role
Skills and Knowledge
- Experience with supporting and maintaining TechnologyOne, Microsoft SharePoint Online, Pinforce or SmartIQ Forms is desirable but not essential.
- An understanding of the principles for supporting onpremise and cloud environments.
- Ability to cope with a constantly changing and developing environment and assist staff through periods of technological change.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team and have great organisational skills
Experience
- Experience providing user and technical support, including documentation, whilst using a service desk system to achieve customer SLA's.
- Experience with SQL databases and related services, including developing and maintaining reports.
- Experience in developing and maintaining corporate electronic forms.
- Experience in following ITIL guidelines, such as Incident, Problem and Change management, etc.
- Experience in contributing to continuous improvement within a team focussed environment.
Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Information Systems or similar.
