The Role

As a Document Controller with Hybrid Systems Australia you will be working with the Project Manager in the Major Projects Division providing document control and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performing the below tasks to support the project including but not limited to
  • Accountability for the company AS3000 compliance, Business Document control, QA systems
  • Leading Pro core system implementation for the business
  • Document submission to clients
  • Receival and distribution of client documentation
  • Template generation and management
  • Review of company document formatting
  • Management of document registers
  • Document pack preparation
  • Report/document preparation and finalisation
  • Enforcing consistency of company documentation standards
  • Training staff in use of company templates
  • General project support
  • Tender support and management
  • Meeting coordination and minute taking
  • Data entry
  • Record keeping
  • Internal reporting
  • Ensuring compliance with Hybrid Systems HSEQ, policies and procedures
  • Foster a workforce culture of excellence, innovation, honesty, and teamwork

About You

  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Excellent computer skills proficient in MS Office, Aconex (or similar)
  • Strong communicator and have expert knowledge of document control
  • Understands priorities and ensures work is completed on time to a safe and satisfactory level
  • Understanding of QA and OHSE requirements
