About the Park

Ingenia Holidays White Albatross is positioned where the Nambucca River and South Pacific Ocean meet, our White Albatross guests can enjoy the luxury of direct access to a tidal lagoon as well as a surf beach less than two minutes' walk away.

Make the most of the onsite café and restaurant V-Wall Pavilion where you'll find a casual dining menu, with an array of classic pub meals, modern cuisine and a VIP gaming lounge on offer.

About the Role

We are seeking friendly and professional Guest Experience Officers to support our front of house team at our White Albatross Holiday Park in Nambucca Heads. You will provide an exceptional customer experience to our guests and support the reception area. This role is approximately 15-20 hours per week with more hours during peak periods. Weekend availability is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome every guest to Ingenia Holidays, explaining the park / resort, surrounding area, guest amenities and park activities
  • Actively sell and promote Ingenia Holidays as the ideal holiday destination by sharing the unique story of your park
  • Direct guest check in and check out and attend to general receptionist duties following correct procedures
  • Ensure high level of customer service is maintained at all times
  • Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when residents/guests report problems

About You

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role / industry
  • Computer literate using Microsoft Suite and booking software
  • Passionate about the tourism industry with a strong sales ability
  • Team player, strong attention to detail and well organised worker
