The Role
Help shape our strategicinfrastructure priorities and create high quality communityfacilities that are vibrant and thriving places
This role provides shortand long-term strategic advice andinfrastructure solutions to support our growing community and playsa pivotal role in developing Council's CommunityInfrastructure delivery priorities, policies and strategies.
It is directly involved in the planning, design and constructionstages of community infrastructure projects (such as Communitycentres, halls, neighbourhood houses and libraries) and worksclosely with community stakeholders, service owners, developers,and other external partners to ensure Council's facilitiesare planned to meet our growing community's needs.
About you
You are passionate about howcommunity infrastructure can contribute to vibrant, strongcommunities and are seeking a unique opportunity to work for arapidly growing Council.
You are experienced in developing high quality writtendocuments, can explain complex matters to a diverse range ofaudiences and have supported the planning and/or delivery ofcommunity infrastructure projects.
You also have strong problem solving skills, a high attention todetail and can build strength based partnerships.
