Here's what you'll achieve:

  • Provide high quality Executive Assistant support to our NSW Executive Managing Director
  • Distribute key communications from the NSW EMD office in a timely and effective manner
  • Manage the NSW function budget, events calendar, Quarterly Business Reviews, and key client events
  • Work with NSW Committees including NextGen, Social and DEI committees to ensure event organisation is in line with budgets
  • Extensive internal and external client/stakeholder engagement and interaction with executive leaders and their teams.

About you:

  • An executive level EA with experience in a fastpaced corporate environment
  • Proactive, energetic, and positive attitude coupled with maturity, confidentiality, and diplomacy
  • Relationship focused, with highly developed, polished communication skills
  • Committed, enthusiastic team player, with a passion for helping and collaborating with diverse individuals in a busy environment
  • Event planning and coordination experience someone with strong attention to detail and who loves events and likes making it feel special
  • Strong organisational and problemsolving skills, effectively handling multiple tasks, manage and prioritise workflow, and anticipate needs for senior leaders and the business before they arise
  • Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) knowledge coupled with eagerness and capacity to learn CBRE specific programs.
