Allison Transmissions:
We are Australasia's largest independent Allison Transmission Distributor. Allison are the

heavy-duty commercial vehicles and hybrid-propulsion systems for city buses.

Hydraulics:
We are one of the fastest growing national hydraulic specialist companies in Australia. We
specialise in importation and distribution of a wide range of leading brands and provide
supply, installation and maintenance services for new and used heavy automotive vehicles

timing ideal for an aspiring Accounting and Finance Professional to join our executive team
and become an important part of our future.

Your New Role
A rare opportunity in the Adelaide Market, this is a newly created role reporting to the Chief
Executive Officer in our Head Office in Wingfield, South Australia. You will play a pivotal role
in driving strategy, growth, performance and development nationally.

You will provide leadership, guidance and direction to the executive team and to every area
of the business

Responsibilities/ Key duties include:

  • Developing and executing strategies (financial and other) aligned to corporate goals
including people, profitability and sustainable growth.

  • Managing the annual planning, budgeting, financial forecasting and cash flow analysis to
ensure financial objectives are met.

  • Preparing and presenting timely and accurate financial reports to the CEO and the
executive team, highlighting KPIs, trends, and areas for development.

  • Identification and assessment of risks, risk mitigation strategies, and development and
maintenance of robust internal control frameworks.

  • Manage operational banking relationships and optimise cash management processes to
support day-to-day operations.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax
laws.

  • Lead and develop a small, highperforming team, fostering a culture of accountability,
collaboration, and professional growth.

  • Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, or strategic partnerships, conducting due
diligence and financial modelling as needed.

  • Stay current with technology trends and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and
accuracy.

About You

growth environments within a complex and dynamic organisation.

  • Experience in developing and growing effective relationships with multiple stakeholders
and partners (internal and external).

  • Experience in Project Management, Technology and Digital Transformation.
  • Advanced MS Office 365 experience.
  • Industry experience (local or Global) beneficial but not essential.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
  • Current Australian CPA / CA Qualifications (or equivalent) are essential.
  • MBA preferred.
