**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the Financial Controller you will s_upport _the Finance Team to enable accurate and timely financial analysis and reporting. Fixed Term 18-month Contract based in Osborne SA.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the Finance Team
- Review and analysis of timesheet entries including processing adjustments as required
- Assistance with preparation and distribution of the monthly invoice as required
- Assistance with reconciliation and reporting of cash advances
- Assistance with creation and maintenance of project cost accounts
- Provide backup and assistance with the annual Periodic Cost Review and bi-annual audit with external auditors
- Other ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Financial Controller

**Skills & Experiences**
- Autonomous, goal directed and capable of managing multiple priorities with limited direction
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Stakeholder engagement and presentations skill and experience
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Well organised with high attention to detail

**Eligibility**

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
