RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project coordination:

  • Assist in the coordination and tracking of project activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and progress reports.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses, tracking variances and highlighting any potential issues.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among project stakeholders, both internal and external.

Administrative support:

  • Provide general administrative support to the project team, including organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Prepare and distribute projectrelated reports and presentations as required.
  • Assist in the maintenance of projectrelated databases, files, and records.

Customer service:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and providing accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer requirements are met and address any projectrelated concerns or issues.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaboration and communication:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, procurement, and warehouse, to ensure seamless coordination of project activities.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, contractors, and other external stakeholders to facilitate projectrelated tasks.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork and cooperation.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Australian citizens and permanent residents encouraged to apply
  • Minimum AQF associate degree, advanced diploma or diploma in the field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project administration or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (word, excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customerfocused approach with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the plumbing industry and related products is advantageous.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.
