We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Wellbeing & Injury Management Coordinator to be part of an innovate forward thinking and diverse team

In this role, you will:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of wellbeing programs and initiatives and injury prevention programs.
  • Coordinate and support wellbeing champions to deliver wellbeing initiatives.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on wellbeingrelated issues, including mental health, physical health, and injury management.
  • Conduct needs assessments and surveys to identify areas of improvement and evaluate the effectiveness of current programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with external partners, such as healthcare providers and EAPs.
  • Promote awareness and education around wellbeingrelated issues, including mental health, physical health, and injury prevention.
  • Support injured employees and their line managers through the injury management process ensuring compliance with relevant legislation including the _Workers' Compensation and Injury Management Act _and the _Workers' Compensation Code of Practice (Injury Management)_ and relevant national Health policies and procedures

Who we are looking for?

  • Have postsecondary qualifications in a health related field or similar
  • A genuine passion for promoting employee wellbeing and creating a positive work environment.
  • A strong understanding of wellbeingrelated issues, such as mental health, physical health, and injury prevention, and a desire to continually learn and stay uptodate on new developments in this field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • A creative and innovative approach to problemsolving, with the ability to develop and implement new initiatives to support employee wellbeing.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the delivery of effective workers' compensation and injury management & wellbeing programs.
  • Experience in claims information and insurance
  • Knowledge and understanding of health, safety worker's compensation legislation and standards
  • Knowledge and understanding of HSE legislative requirements, including psychosocial hazards and knowledge of the new Work Health and Safety (WHS) legislation
  • WA Class C Driver's Licence
