About the role
  • Overseeing QA and QC at Melbourne and Tasmania sites, and supporting QA functions at the Perth site.
  • Maintaining QMS ISO9001 accreditation and product licensing.
  • Managing product release, non-conformance, corrective/preventive actions, and internal audits.
  • Reporting on product and quality systems compliance and performance.
  • Efficient management, team leadership, and proactive initiatives.
About you
  • Solid experience in Quality Systems management.
  • Ability to conduct product testing in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, managing diverse tasks and projects.
  • Self-motivated, capable of independent work, and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in report writing, MS Office, and providing technical support.
  • Skilled at expressing ideas clearly, driving project momentum, and managing teams effectively.
