About the role- Accountable for QA and QC on the Melbourne and Tasmania sites, as well as for the overview and support of the QA function on the Perth site.- Maintenance of the QMS ISO9001 accreditation and product licensing.- Responsible for product release, non-conformance management, corrective/preventive actions, and internal quality audits.- Reporting on product and quality systems compliance and performance.
About you- Solid background in the management of Quality Systems- Ability to conduct product testing in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.- Flexibility to manage a variety of tasks and projects.- Strong leadership capability and experience managing people.- Motivated and capable of working independently.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and report writing and MS office skills.- Personal drive to promote and maintain project momentum and deadlines amidst resistance or lack of understanding.- Understand the information needs of management and provide sound technical support.- Ability to express and communicate ideas and recommendations clearly.
