Your primary purpose is to lead and drive sales efforts for the Xplan product within the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) region.
You will play a pivotal role in aligning technology solutions with the evolving needs of wealth management customers, ensuring their sustained growth and competitive advantage.
Your mission is to maintain a high-performing, data & target driven sales team while fostering strong customer relationships among existing and prospective Xplan customers, ultimately growing revenue and market share for Iress.
Some of the awesome things you'll be involved with:- Sales Delivery - Execute on the Xplan sales strategy that aligns with the goals and objectives of Iress, as well as leadership and mentoring of the direct and indirect teams.
- Customer Engagement and Relationship Management.
- Technology Solution Alignment - Collaborating with product and technology teams to ensure our offerings address the evolving needs of wealth management firms.
Market Analysis and Intelligence:
Leveraging market insights to refine sales strategies and adapt to changing market dynamics.
Revenue Growth:
Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities within the existing customer base as well as monitoring and analysing sales performance metrics.
What you will bring:
We are seeking a successful technology sales leader with a proven track record in financial services, particularly within wealth management.
With this knowledge and domain expertise, we would expect a deep understanding of the ANZ wealth management market, including its challenges, opportunities, and regulatory landscape.
You will have an analytical mindset, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies, as well as being able to leverage the technology trends and solutions to drive growth and find new opportunities within our business.
In addition to this, the successful incumbent will possess a deep desire and enthusiasm for building a successful and high performing team and morale that is consistent with our Iress leadership behaviours that include leading by example, effective communication, decisiveness, accountability, adaptability, resilience, feedback and ethical leadership.
