In this role, you will join the Risk Skills team to support the development of learning programs that builds foundational understanding of risk and associated accountabilities across the enterprise.

Develop/support role-based risk learning programs for risk professionals to ensure they are competent in their roles. Provide oversight/insight reporting to key stakeholders to ensure business risk learning outcomes are met and identify opportunities to improve embedment of risk learning programs

Key responsibilities

  • Work with internal stakeholders to identify needs, recommend solutions and provide tailored learning and eLearning programs which support Risk capability for future workforce requirements
  • Design and deliver risk training programs to improve employee performance and ensure organisational productivity.
  • Structure content and activities to drive learner retention and engagement
  • Driving a culture of continuous professional development (CPD)
  • Track budgets and negotiate contracts with thirdparty training providers
  • Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs.
  • Design and develop customised training programs using instructional design methodology to create successful learning outcomes / experiences
  • Ensure governance and controls are in place to measure and monitor compliance initiatives.

What you will bring

  • At least 3 years of instructional design and learning design consultancy experience working with major corporations.
  • Understanding of the Financial/Banking industry is desired.
  • Exceptional consultation skills.
  • Advanced ability to interpret and define business outcomes, learning needs and derive appropriate measurement processes to demonstrate business impact.
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
  • Strong and proven project management capability combined with the ability to manage and coordinate multiple learning projects into a cohesive program of work.
  • Proficiency in eLearning and indepth knowledge of various learning management systems.
  • High degree of influencing skills and credibility to influence stakeholders in modern and effective learning and development practice.
