Takes notes in routine discussions and correspondence with clients, on claim calculations or coverage to add leverage to client teams and provides support at regular scheduled formal claims review meetings between the client and insurers and/or appointed claims handlers/adjustors to facilitate smooth closures.
Drafts low complexity correspondence according to predefined templates and/or standards to insurers and their professional advisers on routine issues in order to engage with insurers and their professional advisers and to audit claims for clients.
Conducts research to help colleagues identify appropriate policies and/or coverage's on routine coverage issues and summarizes notifications in order to provide solutions to clients against future risks and in order to better learn the various claims types.
Identifies, downloads, and documents claims related data such as loss statistics, key trends, cost reduction opportunities and other data into standard structured formats in order to assist development of action plans to manage client's total cost of risk.
Follows audit procedures to review and identify inconsistencies between insurers/other suppliers and agreed service levels, and enters findings into template reports for senior colleagues to review and provide comments and recommendations to maintain quality of claims process.
Drafts straight-forward communication documents according to pre-defined templates for small and/or low complexity clients regarding low complexity coverage and negotiations, such as claims calculations in order to support routine claims process for clients.
