At ASIC, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Unclaimed Monies Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and processing unclaimed money claims and payments according to relevant legislation.



### Key Responsibilities

* Assess and process unclaimed money claims and payments in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001, Life Insurance Act 1995, Banking Act 1959, and The Public Governance, Performance & Accountability Act 2013 (PGPA)
* Utilize a range of systems, including Oracle Enterprise Taxation Management (ETM) and Sharepoint, to manage unclaimed monies
* Handle general inquiries from the public and other bodies regarding unclaimed monies matters
* Liaise with other ASIC work areas and government agencies as required
* Participate in process improvement, team planning, and performance management activities

### About You

* Secondary education certificate or diploma
* Experience in customer service and working in a team environment
* Experience in data entry using a variety of software applications
* Experience in following procedures and defined processes accurately and in a timely manner
* Experience in understanding legislation and applying it to assessment of matters is highly desirable
