We are currently seeking for high-level Customer Service Officers on behalf of our client based on the Southside to coordinate placement and delivery of orders.


The Customer Service Officer will provide internal support for account managers by liaising directly with customers and internal stakeholder relating to all order management.


About the role:

As a Customer Service Officer, you will have responsibility for the following:

  • Manage the order process including receiving and processing sales orders within a required timeline
  • Daily order management reporting
  • Management of cases within the CRM system to achieve recommended close out times and effective resolution for customers
  • Identify opportunities for data cleansing activities in both ERP and CRM systems.
  • Customer specific reports
  • Utilise SAP to record Quality Non-Conformance details for investigation by quality personal
  • Assisting in developing process improvement opportunities and implement process changes

About You:

As an experienced Customer Service Officer, you will have

  • Experience in a fastpaced customer service environment
  • Experience using databases (SAP preferred but not essential)
  • High level of attention to detail, accuracy and quality
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Effective communication skills, both inbound and outbound
  • Ability to understand and follow processes
  • Ability to think outside the box
