ABOUT THE ROLE

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess exceptional organisational skills? We are seeking an Office Services Coordinator to join our small close-knit team to ensure the smooth operation of our workplace.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and courier, packages, and deliveries.

If you are detail-oriented, customer-focused, enjoy working onsite 5 days per week, and have experience in mail room operations, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide cost effective mail and courier services
  • Maintain effective coordination of both on and offsite storage
  • Support several administrative tasks such as office stationery, printing, car park and loading dock requests
  • Assist the team by providing Concierge cover

ABOUT YOU

You will be successful in the role if you have:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and knowledge of office equipment
  • Physically fit and comfortable lifting heavy items
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive attitude
  • Full working rights
