Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We have an exciting opportunity for you to become a valued member of our Operations & Oversight team at Equity Trustees.

In this role, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the operational functions across a diverse range of clients and managed funds within our Corporate Trustee Services business unit.


About the role:

  • Handle regular operational tasks, including necessary filings with service providers, regulatory authorities, and government bodies, following established processes
  • Manage records for seamless operations, ensuring all filings are uptodate and compliant.
  • Assist with fundrelated expenses and invoices as needed
  • Create and maintain procedure manuals to ensure smooth operations, and provide ongoing updates
  • Actively contribute to recommendations for operational enhancements
  • Provide accurate and timely data to internal and external stakeholders (administrators, platforms, researchers, etc.) for all Funds
  • Tackle various adhoc tasks and lodgments
  • Engage in project work and play an active role in team projects
  • Provide support to the team and management in adhoc tasks

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Financial Services industry experience
  • Ability to complete set tasks fully and accurately
  • Time management abilities to ensure timely completion of all requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible and manage a variety of simultaneous tasks
  • Great attention to detail
  • Competent use of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work with a wide range of people
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good mathematical abilities
  • Continuous improvement mindset
