About the Role
This position is based in the Melbourne Western Suburbs with a regional scope covering Warrnambool and nearby areas.
As a Territory Manager, your primary responsibilities include establishing and nurturing relationships with a diverse customer base and influencing key partners. You will have the autonomy to manage your territory daily while receiving support from a seasoned management team and staying connected with your peers.
Key responsibilities in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry:
- Utilizing market insights to enhance product visibility and optimize shelf placement
- Negotiating for prominent product displays in stores
- Ensuring comprehensive coverage of the store network
You will be equipped with essential tools such as an iPad and a company car, along with undergoing a thorough induction and training program.
Notably, over 90% of our Sales team started as Graduate Territory Managers and have progressed to leadership roles within Colgate-Palmolive globally.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a university graduate who aspires to grow into a future corporate leader, with a keen interest in Sales, Logistics, Communications, Economics, or Marketing. Strong interpersonal skills, time management, organizational abilities, self-motivation, and resilience are key traits for success in this role. A valid driver's license and Australian work rights are prerequisites for consideration.
