What will you be responsible for?

  • Manage the processing of retailer sales orders, local and international wholesale orders
  • Processing of retailer inquiries relating to the placement of orders, confirmation of orders, delivery, promotions, product submissions and other related matters
  • Managing the process of Promotions for Retailers
  • Liaise with Accounts to manage retailer credit limits and trading terms
  • Support the Head of Sales to successfully meet project timelines
  • Manage inquiries
  • Partake in Retailer Trade meetings
  • Producing Pricelists and Presentations
  • Manage/maintain content requirements on retailer Portals
  • Liaise with the warehouse for the processing of wholesale orders
  • Manage Trade claims

What do you need to be successful?

  • Wholesale experience
  • Experience working with Key retailers preferred
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office skills including Excel
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Demonstrated previous experience working as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proactive and selfmotivated
  • 100% customer focused with great attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
  • Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
