_ About the Opportunity _


Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of ASC Pty Limited, the Executive Manager Program Management will provide leadership to a team of professionals contributing executive-level program and project leadership, strategy, and business acumen to cross-functional project teams.

The role operates in a complex enterprise environment involving the Department of Finance, Royal Australian Navy, the Naval Shipbuilding Sustainment Group, key ASC stakeholders and other industry partners and associated organisations.

With teams and stakeholders in multiple locations, regular travel is required.

_You will also have the following skills & experience:_

  • Contributed executivelevel program leadership, strategy formulation, and business expertise to crossfunctional project teams.
  • Directed program management and leadership for multiple projects, including project alignment to business objectives, prioritization, and change management.
  • Analysed financial statements, commercial reports, and other performance data to measure productivity/goal achievement to determine programmatic efficiencies and improvement.
  • Identified and assessed key regulatory risks; developed risk management programs, policies and guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance.
