About the Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our welcoming and growing ASA team If you are a skilled administrator who has excellent attention to detail, then this is the role for you


As a Client Support Officer, you will work to ensure that all administrative activities undertaken for clients are handled with a high degree of customer service and quality.


Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

  • Receive inbound calls from clients and handle general advice queries.
  • Schedule signup meetings for consultants and advisers.
  • Complete accurate data entry across all data points.
  • Maintain database information through recording, matching and checking records.
  • Complete general admin duties as required.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess;

  • Proven computer skills.
  • A high level of administration skills with attention to detail.
  • Good telephone skills.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines/targets.
  • Police Clearance is required
