You'll contribute to:

  • Provide customers with professional customer service and achieve key service levels in the Contact Centre
  • Action requests received on settled and closed claims in a timely manner ensuring the continuation of high levels of customer service are delivered to injured workers even after the conclusion of their claims
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Work together with all groups to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

A bit about you:

  • Highly developed customer experience skills
  • Previous administrative experience in insurance and highvolume processing in a customer focused commercial insurance environment and/or a call centre environment will be highly regarded
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others and actively contribute to a team environment
  • Previous administrative experience in insurance and highvolume processing in a customer focused environment.
