About the opportunity
This position is part of the Procurement team, which forms part of the Commercial & Legal Division of SRLA.

Led by the Chief Procurement Officer, the Procurement team is responsible for providing guidance and support for all Goods and Services procurements at SRLA.

This includes framework/procedure development and implementation, as well as sourcing advice/support, contract management support and general procurement guidance.

The Procurement Adviser will play a key role in delivering timely and effective goods and services procurement advice and solutions across the organisation.

This position will support a range of stakeholders across SRLA in the implementation of a range of initiatives related to procurement activity.

The incumbent will take on a proactive role in delivering and facilitating high quality procurement practice with the objective of realising value-for-money outcomes, whilst ensuring risks are managed and business needs are achieved.

The Procurement Adviser will build strong internal stakeholder relationships based on superior service, implement service improvement initiatives and foster a collaborative team spirit focused on service delivery.
