We're looking for a full-time - Fixed Term Contract _Administration Officer _
to join our Parramatta team.

The Fixed Term contract will start on the 6th February through to 6th August 2023, there may be a possibility of an extension.

A day in the life
Leveraging your natural organisational skills, you'll be responsible for a diverse range of administrative activities that enable our trainers to teach and our students to learn (and graduate)


While your attention to detail and strong work ethic will be key in diligently and accurately completing clerical duties like data entry and enrolment paperwork, it's your patience, maturity and considerate nature that will allow you to help our students with enquiries over the phone and in person.


Reporting to the state QLD/NSW Operations Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work as a crucial part of our close-knit team in the Parramatta office.


Must haves

  • Experience in administration
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Familiar with registered training organisation (RTO) or vocational education and training (VET) environment
  • Knowledge of the Smart and Skilled funding guidelines
