We are seeking a sales and service professional to join our exceptional team in Melbourne. A perfect opportunity for an experienced broker or banker looking for their next challenge

As a result, we have an excellent opportunity available to join our team as a Mercury Sales Specialist.

The Role


The Mercury Sales Specialist will ensure that our sales team have the technical support they need to effectively promote our value proposition to prospective members.

This role ensures that our sales team are equipped with the tools, training and support they need to support their clients.


Your role will blend technical expertise with sales acumen to deliver compelling demonstrations of Mercury's capabilities to actively contribute to positive sales outcomes.

Within a supportive team you will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the sales team
  • Delivering comprehensive technical support to the sales team
  • Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders
  • Conducting thorough research to provide product insights
  • Identifying opportunities to enable broker success through our Connective product and service offerings

The Person


As an experienced Mercury professional, you pride yourself on identifying opportunities where Mercury can make a tangible difference and training colleagues on areas that will better support the brokers to grow and prosper their business.

You enjoy sales, especially in a consultative and collaborative way, and have the technical skills to support this.

You will also have:

  • A proven record in developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience within the mortgage broking, banking, or finance industry
  • Experience working with our CRM
  • Outstanding communication skills and a collaborative style
  • Strong influencing and problem solving skills
