The Role:
As the Venue Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the venue's success and overseeing its front of house operations.
Your responsibilities will include driving exceptional customer service, assisting management in achieving financial objectives, and efficiently organising and managing large events and functions.
Leading and organising the FOH team will be a key part of your role, ensuring smooth operations by implementing policies and standard operating procedures.
You will also be responsible for controlling purchasing costs and inventory levels. Additionally, you will be involved in the recruitment, on boarding, training, rostering, coaching, motivation, and management of team members.Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experienced in event and function management
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
- Understanding of targets and measuring performance
