**The Company**:
Nestled along the picturesque Gold Coast, this tapas bar will quickly become a jewel in the crown of the local dining scene. With its high-end wines, innovative cocktails, and a delectable array of premium tapas and share plates, the bar provides a relaxed yet upscale atmosphere perfect for beachside enjoyment.

**The Role**:
The Venue Manager will be the face of this small yet vibrant venue, demonstrating a relaxed confidence and the ability to run the establishment autonomously. The role calls for someone with a flair for managing a quirky and trendy bar/restaurant, ensuring every detail from service to ambiance is impeccably delivered.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience in managing a similar high-quality bar or restaurant.
- Excellent presentation and a confident, approachable demeanour.
- Strong leadership skills with a history of running a venue independently.
- Experience in curating wine and cocktail menus is highly desirable.
- An understanding of creating a unique, upmarket customer experience.
