Boroondara Park OSHClub is looking for a Coordinator to lead a team of Educators in providing engaging services for children ages 5-12 years old.

The Educator that you will be working alongside has been working within the Service for a year and has created strong bonds with the children.

This permanent part-time role allows you to build on an existing great service with a team of passionate Educators.

Hours are as follows:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 - 9:00 AM (BSC) and 3:00 - 6:30 PM (ASC) plus additional admin hours. The middle of your day is free

About the role


Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years.

You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.

Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into
Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.
Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.
Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration.

About the school


Boroondara Park OSHClub is an existing small and vibrant service with their own building that includes an office space, kitchen space, storage room, bathroom and play space for the children.

The indoor gym, hall and outdoor playground are all available to our OSHClub children.

The service play spaces offer arts and crafts, puppet shows, a reading corner, giant connect 4, foosball and constructive and imaginative play.

This is a beautiful service with 10-20 children currently in the afternoons with an aim of increasing attendance.

Enjoy working with kids
Strong and clear communication
Team player with a desire to become a service leader
Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it) and a state check for working with children
