About the role:
Your primary responsibility will be to manage Council's in-house creative studio, coordinate workflow and provide strategic oversight of creative campaigns from concept to execution.

Key responsibilities:

  • Team leadership: model behaviours that represent good management and dedication to our organisational values.
  • Coordinate projects: Manage workflow of projects and allocate resources to ensure creative deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Strategic oversight: Offer strategic guidance on various campaigns, enabling your team to take charge and manage projects from start to finish.
  • Brand and design integrity: Ensure all creative outputs are consistent with our brand and adhere to our principles of accessibility and inclusive design.
  • Collaborative excellence: Work closely with internal stakeholders to craft campaigns that not only meet the initial brief but also surpass our standards.
