About the role
Provide administration support for all administration areas within Cancer Care Services due to unplanned leave. This 'floater' position will be required to work across all CCS services and multiple HHS throughout Metro North, with a high level of accuracy and the ability to work cohesively and directly with Clinical and Medical staff
About you

  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and schedule clinical appointments, treatment protocols and procedures with a high level of accuracy. Effective wait list management to fall in line with relevant KPIs to ensure the delivery of a high quality service in a changing environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of, or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of Cancer Care Services policies and procedures and systems, including: Medicare Benefits Schedule and Queensland Health's SOSIS (Specialist Outpatient Services Implementation Standard).
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and autonomously within a multi disciplinary team, whilst meeting KPI deadlines.
  • High level communication, customer service and interpersonal skills and the ability to consult and negotiate with all customers, both internal and external stakeholders
