About the role

Research, design and implement improvements in patient access to outpatient services across Metro North Hospital and Health Service Outpatient departments.

  • High level ability to develop, implement and manage organisational change and organisational effectiveness initiatives
  • Ability to project manage service improvements in a complex health service delivery setting through stages of development, coordination, implementation and evaluation
