In this exciting and rewarding role you will provide administrative and facilities support to the business.

You'll serve as the go-to person for tasks like contractor management, processing invoices, handling helpdesk requests, managing office operations, overseeing security systems, administration, reporting, site projects, and more.

  • Paying $75k- $90k depending on experience.

Main responsibilities include:

The Facilities coordinator will work alongside our wider facilities and property projects team. This is a varied, interesting, and highly visible role which will see you work across the business providing support with maintenance, servicing and operations for our HQ and laboratory sites. Main responsibilities include:

  • Manage purchase orders and receipting
  • Oversee contractor activities and new equipment installations
  • Manage service contracts
  • Handle helpdesk requests
  • Maintain Facilities SharePoint page
  • Support site projects and improvements

The ideal candidate:

  • Experience in a similar or administrative focused role
  • Excellent coordination skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be driven, with a can-do attitude and positive energy
  • Excellent MS Office Skill
  • Exceptional customer service and stakeholder relationship management skills
  • High level organisation skills
  • Proactive with excellent problem-solving skills
