The Role


Supporting the Operations Department, the Service Administration Assistant will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including supporting the business customers and carrying out general office administration duties.

Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Monitoring the Service inbox and reviewing incoming job requests.
  • Setup up Service jobs into SimPRO ready for bookings.
  • Processing orders of any required materials needed for jobs.
  • Making and receiving phone calls on behalf of the service department, making job bookings and answering queries.
  • Review upcoming technician schedules to minimise betweenjob travel.
  • Routinely check through open tasks in SimPRO and provide status updates to relevant parties.
  • Receipt supplier and contractor invoices into SimPRO jobs.
  • Perform Ad Hoc duties relating to the role as required.

  • Flexible approach and attitude towards multitasking
  • Welldeveloped verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong PC skills and experience in the Microsoft suite products
  • Experience using SimPRO or a similar Enterprise Resource Planning software (Desirable)
