An exciting opportunity is available to join ANZ's internal creative studio team as aDesigner.

We're looking for a talented designer with an eye for detail, to build, support and deliver creative artwork of ANZ brand assets, as part of the internal studio.

As a Designer in the BlueSky studio team, you'll work with other creative professionals to provide specialist design solutions in an innovative and purposeful manner. Our team creates a closer link from creative to ANZ Marketing.

Your creative skills and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring that our visual content is not only aesthetically pleasing but also aligns with our strategic goals. As a Designer, you'll contribute to the artistic direction and execution of creative projects, collaborating with various teams to bring our ideas to life.

Please submit a condensed portfolio (max 5MB) or provide a URL to showcase a key project you have scoped right through to delivery. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

What will your day look like

Utilise your skills within the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma to execute creative and adapt projects and modifications.

Develop a robust understanding of brand guidelines, use your creative skill set to interpret and recommend best application, and identify inaccuracies in design.

Work at pace, ensuring consistency and accessibility.

Utilise your creative lens to conceptualise design executions across a range of integrated channels.

Work to production workflows and job schedules.

Become a brand guardian for our Marketing Team, requiring acute attention to detail.

Work with existing tools and workflow, while being able to recommend ways to evolve and strengthen processes.

Take visual designs all the way through to production, including Finished Art for print, and large-scale digital roll outs for distribution.

Exceptional client presentation skills

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role you will definitely have the following skills and experience:

Creative Suite / Cloud

Design for digital and print outputs.

Creation of visual communications. Printed collateral such as signage, pamphlets and press ads. Digital collateral such as EDMs, web banners and social media.

Experience working to and interpreting brand guidelines.

Finished Art

Figma

Some additional 'nice to have' skills for this role include:

Training/coaching

Key Stakeholder collaboration
