Our client is a well-respected and reputable government organization and are well known across NSW.

They believe in recruiting the best of the best and provide their staff with a friendly work environment with supportive management.


They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager, Learning and Organisational Development to manage and implement their learning and development programs across the business unit.

This contract is exciting and rewarding and based in Parramatta with WFH options initially on a 6 month contract.

The Job
Throughout this exciting Learning & Development Business Partner contract, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Leading the development and implementation of strategic programs, advice and services
  • Driving programs to improve the entire employee lifecycle, this includes extensive project and change management
  • Preparing and presenting strategic plans and reports to support executive decision making
  • Providing expert advice and coaching to relevant stakeholders
  • Leading team management and professional development planning across the organisation
  • Developing and refining governance frameworks
  • Leading the effective implementation of cultural and organisational change management initiatives

You
To be successful in this Learning & Development Business Partner contract, you must have experience in the following areas:

  • Experience in a similar Senior Management, Grade 11/12 equiv. role with a strong HR change component
  • Previously NSW Government experience will be favoured
  • Experience in developing and implementing Learning and Development programs, processes and practices
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
