The Organisation

This is your opportunity to join an award winning fresh food supplier and work with an executive team of industry specialists in their head office located in Darra.

For over 70 years this business has been providing fresh produce across Australia and internationally.

Following in the footsteps of a long standing employee the position has become available to support the CEO and CFO in this variety filled position.


Your Responsibilities

Reporting to the CEO and supporting the CFO and executive team, you will enjoy the variety of tasks encompassing office management, executive support, operations, communications, facilities and Board coordination.

Duties include;

  • Oversee general office operation
  • Provide executive support to the CEO and CFO
  • Manage company inbox
  • Monitor and drive annual calendar of events
  • Coordinate planned and reactive facilities maintenance
  • Scope facilities work and manage project delivery
  • Drive and contribute to internal communication and engagement strategies
  • Maintain strong internal and external relationships

Your Background

  • Prior experience in a similar position preferred
  • Formal qualifications in business, or project management desirable but not essential
  • Communications experience including writing for website and newsletters advantageous
  • Strong follow through skills and ability to influence others
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Motivated self starter with strong business acumen
  • High level of discretion
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite including Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint
